Hi
Some time ago I showed how with lulu.com we can very cheaply create and print a pocketbook format booklet, perfect for Microlite20, particularly a Randall Stukey tablet compilation or Golden Edition. However, pocketbook format is more elongated than other page layouts and thus a large upper margin is created when printing.
I used LyX LaTeX frontend to create pdf just for this purpose. Here is the core Microlite20, with latest Seth Drebitko revision, 42 pages.

Using the Randall’s tablet compilation I made also an extended version, that additionally has a Modern, Mecha and Spacecraft modules added. There is also a random dungeon generator, a Scarlet Sea setting and Temple of K’thu’uk adventure. Thus, with such a booklet we can run a game without much preparation if we have only have an opportunity. And keep playing for a long time. https://www.dropbox.com/s/7sgbq2v2pd7g0va/Microlite20-PocketbookExtended.pdf?dl=0 And here are some example covers made with open stock graphics https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ocbsdwjao981lmi/AAA3hbSH9maxz_IM508ql_j_a?dl=0 Here are all source files https://www.dropbox.com/s/e3aa57f0b53b6ok/Microlite20_Pocketbook.zip?dl=0 Please feel free to suggest some changes or show me if I failed to give someone a proper credit.
UPDATE: bigger A5 and US Trade formats added, both can be printed in Lulu as layflat coil bound and scale nicely to bigger formats https://www.dropbox.com/sh/wiqawjgh8blhgu3/AAC_YCIptABormR-bhlHaFUea?dl=0
