Great to see version 1 is out now!
Can't wait to give it a go.
In the mean time I'm going to keep posting any spelling, grammar, and formatting issues that I find.
Speaking of which...
Dwarf - Tunnel Scout, Stonework, Mining, Smith, Ogre Killer
Elf - Woodsman, animal trainer, fae noble, magecraft,
refugee
Halfling - chef, herbalist, scout, con-artist
Human - Adaptable (+1 to all skill rolls), thief, alchemist,
soldier, aristocratic noble
The Ancestries section is a bit inconsistent as far as capitalization and punctuation.
Here's a possible revision for your consideration.
Dwarf - Tunnel Scout, Stonework, Mining, Smith, Ogre Killer.
Elf - Woodsman, Animal Trainer, Fae Noble, Magecraft,
Refugee.
Halfling - Chef, Herbalist, Scout, Con-artist.
Human - Adaptable (+1 to all skill rolls), Thief, Alchemist,
Soldier, Aristocratic Noble.
Hope this helps.
I'll be on the look out for more. (Especially with all this time on my hands. -_-)
PS-
Here's another:
Backgrounds represent pieces of your character’s history that
contributes to your character’s history as well as their ability
to succeed with non-combat skills.
A bit of a redundancy there with your "character's history" contributing to itself.
I suspect you meant to say some else instead of that second "character's history".
SEE ADDENDUM BELOW
Also in the second paragraph, "Assigning Background Points", you reference "a racial background".
Since you changed races to ancestries, this should be changed to "an ancestral background" for consistency.
ADDENDUM: I see the above text is exactly the same as in the Archmage Engine document, hmmm...
Researching.... Ah. Here is the original text from 13th Age CRB:
Each background is a piece of your character’s history
that contributes to your character’s ability to succeed with non-
combat skills.
I suggest using the original text instead.

Just a reminder about saving throws being easy to miss and ranged touch attacks not being defined.
